She/They
Director of Product
Raised in a working-class immigrant household in Los Angeles, Grace has spent her career focused on making information and resources more accessible to those who need them most. She has brought justice-oriented methods to the development of educational, civic, and labor technology products, and has also served as a researcher and faculty member teaching courses on surveillance culture and generative AI, among other topics. As Director of Product, Grace helps transform partner needs into tangible technical and design requirements, ensuring that workers, organizers, and other folks in the labor movement remain at the core of TWL's product decisions. Outside of work, she loves tinkering with physical computing projects, reading weird lit fic, and biking along NYC's waterfronts. Grace has a B.A. in Government & Politics and English from Dartmouth College, and an M.A. and MPhil (ABD PhD) from New York University, focused on digital humanities.
