Software Engineer
Ankita grew up in a working-class Indian family shaped by partition, watching her father labor long hours to provide while her mother’s caregiving held the family together as they rebuilt their lives from scratch. Their sacrifices gave her access to education and a deep connection to the struggles of working people. Ankita strengthens TWL’s core products by collaborating with the Technology team to design features, optimize tools, and integrate new technologies that support low-wage workers. She believes a better world is possible when we approach one another with empathy and take shared responsibility for shaping a more just and compassionate society. Outside of work, she loves traveling, reading books, cooking, and exploring creative hobbies. Ankita has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
