Director of Partnerships
Raised in the Silicon Valley, AL has been close to and curious about computers and technology all their life. But it has been witnessing Big Tech's promises of transformative innovation and progress alongside our society's constant levying of structural inequity upon working people, women, BIPOC and queer folks that truly motivates their work. As Director of Partnerships, AL helps partners dream up solutions that center workers' experiences and needs. They relish learning from and collaborating with others to build technology that truly empowers workers and builds capacity for the labor movement. Outside of work, AL enjoys moving their body on the dance floor, escaping into nature as an avid camper/backpacker, and wading in the ocean.
