Chief Executive Officer
Adrian first worked as a bagger at a local grocery store and volunteered at the church rectory in Pico Rivera, CA. Growing up, Adrian's father worked in a factory and as a janitor, while his mom owned and managed a small cleaning business. As the leader of The Workers Lab, Adrian connects, convenes, and creates space for consensus building with leaders in service of a society where all workers are safe, healthy, secure, and have power. He is focused on growing The Workers Lab’s purpose to give new ideas for and with workers a chance to succeed. Adrian has a B.A. in rhetorical studies and political science from California State University, Long Beach.
