Abigail serves as a Deal Partner on the Portfolio Investing team at New profit, where she provides strategic advising and capacity-building support to Economic Mobility Build Investments as they navigate organizational change and growth. She also leads the Economic Mobility Catalyze Economic Mobility cohorts, partnering with social entrepreneurs to achieve their vision for transformative impact while fostering leadership development and sustainability. Prior to New Profit, Abigail was Vice President of Programs at Prosperity Now and the Founding Executive Director of the Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Program.
