WHY THE WORKERS LAB?
We have a proven track record of getting cash into the hands of workers facing a financial crisis. In 2019, we conducted a large-scale Design Sprint experiment to provide emergency cash to workers. It was because of this previous work that we have a relationship with Steady. We used the same systems we had previously tested to quickly get emergency cash to the first wave of workers devastated by COVID-19.
